About the Accommodation

Welcome to your new retreat! We offer a cozy room for one or two women or couples, featuring a comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed as part of our family home. Accommodation is not intended for a single man. We provide home-like comfort, an almost private kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a terrace for relaxation. During your stay, our household becomes your home. We look forward to providing you with a comfortable experience.

Space

This is a private room in our home with access to an almost private kitchen, terrace, and bathroom.

Guest Access

You can use the kitchen, bathroom, and spacious terrace for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying views of Mount Teide and the ocean. 😊 We recently set up the kitchen in another part of the house, so you will practically have it to yourself. We only pass through it to access the terrace.

During Your Stay

Feel free to contact us at any time. You can meet us in person, call, or send a message. We are here to assist you with any questions or needs during your stay.

Other Things to Note

We are a couple in our 40s with children aged 11 and 20, and we have a friendly white Bichon Frisé named Čiki. As naturists, we enjoy sunbathing on the terrace, and you are welcome to sunbathe as you wish too. You may encounter us in the shared areas of the house at any time, day or night. We look forward to your visit! 😊

• Check-in and Check-out:
  Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Please check out by 11:00 AM. If you need a different time, contact us in advance.
• House Rules:
  Please observe quiet hours (10:00 PM–7:00 AM). Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
• Access:
  The room is easily accessible by car and located in a family home. Guests have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. The kitchen is practically reserved for guests, as we use it only as a passage to the terrace.
• Beach Equipment:
  For your comfort, we provide beach towels, a sun umbrella, and a beach blanket.
• Laundry:
  A modern washing machine is available in the house (dryer is for use in bad weather only). You can use it at any time during your stay.
• Security:
  The room is equipped with a door lock for added privacy. Security cameras are located in outdoor areas to ensure the safety of all guests.
• Local Markets and Shops:
  The nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. We recommend visiting:
  • Lidl – quality groceries at affordable prices.
  • Mercadona – a wide selection of groceries and fresh produce.
  • Magalona Shopping Center – shopping all in one place.
• Local Restaurants:
  In the area, you will find great restaurants worth visiting:

• Drago Milenario: The thousand-year-old dragon tree, a symbol of Icod de los Vinos and one of the oldest trees of its kind in the world. Located in a beautiful park ideal for walks and relaxation.
• Parque del Drago: A botanical garden surrounding the Drago Milenario, full of endemic plants of the Canary Islands.
• Cueva del Viento: One of the longest volcanic caves in the world, perfect for geology and adventure lovers. Advance booking is recommended.

Public Transport

• Bus Lines: The company Titsa operates several bus routes connecting Icod de los Vinos with other parts of Tenerife.
• Line 363: Connects Icod de los Vinos with Puerto de la Cruz.
• Line 325: Connects Icod de los Vinos with Los Gigantes (Santiago del Teide).
• Line 460: Connects Icod de los Vinos with Costa Adeje.
• Line 360: This line runs from the Icod de los Vinos bus station and stops at the roundabout near Casa Kores. We recommend getting off at the Las Lajas stop. From the roundabout, Casa Kores is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking

• Town Center: Parking in the town center can be limited, especially during the tourist season.
• Free Parking: Visitors can use the shopping center car park, which offers free parking on weekdays (Monday to Saturday).

The parking lot is located about a 5-minute uphill walk from the town center.

Hiking

Icod de los Vinos is an ideal starting point for hiking enthusiasts. The area offers various trails with stunning views of nature and local landmarks. Before setting off, we recommend checking the length and difficulty of the routes and being prepared for changing weather conditions.
