The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment for the stay. The payment guarantees your accommodation for the selected dates.
Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this period, the payment is non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted only by mutual agreement.

Guests are required to follow the house rules and any instructions given by the staff. Violation of these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and avoid any damage to apartment furnishings.

The owner is not responsible for any personal belongings lost during your stay. We recommend using the safe if available. In case of any issue or defect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.
Legal responsibility:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. In case of any damage found, the guest will be asked to cover the repair or replacement costs.
Right to refuse:
The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking or terminate a stay if the guest violates the accommodation terms or behaves inappropriately.
