Zen Ocean View House Tenerife

Our spacious holiday home will charm you with modern design and a thoughtful layout. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 - 8 guests and is an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking relaxation with ocean views.

Bedrooms

• Fully separate bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed.
• Second separate bedroom with two 80 cm single beds, which can be combined into one 160 x 200 cm bed.
• Walk-through bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm single bed and a pull-out bed of the same size.
• Living room with a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed suitable for two people.
• Glassed-in winter terrace with a 200 cm sofa bed.

Please note: Only two bedrooms are fully separate. Other beds are located in shared spaces.

Bathrooms

The house has two modern bathrooms. Each includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Guests have access to basic toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer.

Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. It includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary kitchenware. Thanks to modern appliances, you can also enjoy the comfort of home cooking.

Terraces

• Main terrace with an ocean view, equipped with outdoor seating – perfect for breakfast in the fresh air and barbecuing.
• Upper terrace ideal for relaxation.

Both terraces provide a pleasant setting for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful views.

• Check-in and Check-out:
  Check-in is possible from 18:00. Please check out by 11:00. If you need a different time, please contact us in advance.
• House Rules:
  Please respect quiet hours (22:00–7:00). Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
• Access:
  The apartment is easily accessible by car and has a private entrance. No shared spaces.
• Beach Equipment:
  For your comfort, we provide beach towels, an umbrella, and a beach blanket.
• Laundry:
  A modern washing machine and laundry detergent are available in the apartment. You can use it anytime during your stay.
• Security:
  The apartment is equipped with a safe for storing your valuables.
• Local Markets and Shops:
  The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car. We recommend visiting:

  • HiperDino – wide selection of groceries and fresh products.
  • Minimarket Cafetería Romántica ll – a small kiosk right by the house where you can get great coffee and snacks :)
